About The Blog Having transported perhaps several hundred boats over the last twenty years or so, we have had some memorable journeys. It has seemed to me for along time that it would be interesting to share these experiences in some form. Certainly, there are many stories to be told about the range of work we have carried out. I have often remarked to customers that “You’re going in the book”, when their project has had an unusual dimension: such as the cruiser built in a factory where there were no doors, a stowaway who insisted on travelling in his boat and plenty of DIY projects never to be finished. With this blog, I hope to create an exchange of stories, perhaps “Move of the Month” and “Remember this one?” where we can re-connect with old customers, exchange information with existing ones and perhaps encourage new ones.
